The library of Imam Sadiq (AS) was opened in 1370 according to the needs of the region and the request of the Board of Trustees of Imam Sadiq (AS) Mosque and the assistance of Astan Quds Razavi on the upper floor of this mosque.

The library of Imam Sadeq (AS) mosque, with an area of 350 square meters, is one of the libraries affiliated with the Organisation of Libraries, Museums, and Documents Centre of Astan Quds Razavi. The Library was established in 1992 in accordance with the region's needs and the Board of Trustees of Imam Sadiq Mosque (AS)'s request, with the aid of Astan Quds Razavi on the upper floor of the mosque. The collection of library resources includes more than 37,000 book volumes, 950 educational CDs, and 3 publication titles. 12,000 individuals, including men and women, are part of this library's membership
There are sections for men and women's study halls, reference sections, press, women's and men's lending units in the library.
Address: the upper floor of Imam Sadeq (AS) Mosque, between Daneshgah 14 and 16 St. (in front of Alton building), Daneshgah Ave. 
Patrons can use two separate halls for both men and women in this library between 7.15 and 19.00.
