On December 9th, 2017, agreement was reached between the Organisation of Libraries and the mosque's board of trustees of Imam Ja'far Library, situated in Sarv 12, Vakil Abad 36. 
The library is populated by 2500 members, including both males and females, who utilize the library hall's services to read and borrow books. There are sections for book lending, press, and reference as well. The library has two separate halls of men and women. 
The library has more than 2200 members and more than 12,000 copies in its resources.
