The Cultural Complex and Library, which occupies 1, 064 square meters and has an infrastructure of 1,850 square meters, on four floors, was inaugurated in 2010, with a collection of printed resources, audio- visual materials, and is now accessible to researchers and scholars in Dargaz city.

Patrons and members at this library can access 34,000 printed books, 4,000 audio-visual resources, and a variety of periodicals. At present, there are 11,300 members in this library.
