The Imam Reza (AS) Cultural Centre in Sabzevar was established on 16 January 2016 with God's approval, aiming to realize the septet charter of Astan Quds Razavi to influence the public environment of the country and the Islamic world, based on the outstanding cultural capacity of Astan Quds Razavi.
History and location:
The Cultural Centre of Imam Reza (AS) in Sabzevar was opened on 16 January, 2016 with the presence of Ayatollah Raisi, who was the Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi. The cultural centre's infrastructure comprises 3,450 square meters, which includes 2 libraries and an independent study hall for men and women with an area of 1,100 square meters. Starting on 30 October 2023, this cultural centre has been categorized as one of the sub-groups of the Libraries Organisation.
Resources and the numbers of members of the library:
There are approximately 38,000 printed books, 3,800 audio-visual resources, and a variety of periodicals in this library. At present, there are approximately 15,570 active members in this library.
Different sections of the library:
There are multiple departments for men and women separately as well as counselling unit (family-educational) within this library, including study halls that can accommodate 223 people, open-shelf book repositories, printed resource lending section, audio-visual and computer sections, children's sections, and press sections.

This library is available to the public, knowledge enthusiasts, professors, and students of universities and seminaries.
