The construction of the Mohammad Abad Tabas Library was made possible by Mohammad Attari's endowment of land and the use of credits donated by Astan Quds Razavi's Custodian. It became operational in 2005.
Different sections of the library:
The library was constructed on the land endowed by Mohammad Attari, with a total area of 2,100 square meters and an infrastructure of 240 square meters. Credits were donated by the great Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi to help with its construction. It became operational in 2005. One of the cultural institutions of Astan Quds Razavi, the Institute of Hazrat Hossein ibn Musa al- Kazem(AS) and the tomb of Martyr Ayatollah Modares (RAH), is responsible for its management.
Resources in the library and the number of members:
There are 11,000 printed books, 876 audio-visual resources, and over 5 titles of periodicals in this library. At the moment, there are more than 1,089 members who are currently active in this library.

The library is divided into different sections, including an open- shelf study hall, printed resource lending section, reference section, child and teenager sections, and men and women's special press sections.
