Harandi Library in Kerman was dedicated to Astan Quds Razavi in ​​1350 by Waqif Arjamand Abul Qassem Harandi. In 1386, due to the old building, it was renovated in a very beautiful way by the son of Waqif.

In 1971, the Harandi Library in Kerman was endowed to Astan Quds Razavi by the esteemed Waqif Abul Qasem Harandi. Due to its oldness, the son of the respected Waqif renovated it in a very beautiful way in 2007.

In 1971, Waqif Abulqasem Harandi endowed the Harandi library in Kerman, which sits on 300 square meters of land with an infrastructure of 400 square meters in 1971. Due to its oldness, the son of the respected Waqif renovated it in a very beautiful way in 2007. The reason why it has become a focus for students and religious sciences students is its excellent location in one of the most popular areas of the city (next to Jame' Mozaffari Mosque). It is necessary to state that the Yazd and Kerman Astan Quds Razavi Endowment Organisation is responsible for managing this library.

There are approximately 90 manuscripts, 71 lithographic books, approximately 90,000 printed books, and five periodicals titles in this library. This library currently has approximately 15,000 members who are actively involved.
