The Cultural Complex and Library of Javad al-Aemeh (AS) in Rafsanjan, which was built on three floors in 2004, was given to Astan Quds Razavi for science and knowledge enthusiasts.
History and geographical location:
In the final year of his blessed life, Haj Seyyed Yahya Mortazavi endowed his property again to Imam Reza (AS) blessed threshold, enabling the construction of a cultural institute and library with AQR Organisation' support. The construction of the Cultural Complex and Library of Javad al-Aemeh (AS) was suggested by the deceased in 1989, and a year later, his heirs requested to start building it with the help of his property. In 2004, the above- mentioned collection was constructed on a land of five hectares and approximately 3,000 square meters on three floors, and was transferred to Astan Quds Razavi for the purpose of being accessible to science enthusiasts. It should be mentioned that the Yazd and Kerman Astan Quds Razavi Endowment Organisation is in charge of managing this complex.
Resources in the library and the number of members:
The library's collection includes 38,000 printed books and a number of periodicals. Currently, the number of active members of this library is approximately 6,584 people.

The library contains distinct areas, such as the open- shelf study hall, printed resource lending unit, free reading hall, audio-visual, internet, special reference unit for both males and females, restoration workshop, and conference hall.
