The 70 th Shams literary meeting was held in Razavi holy shrine

According to Razavi Treasury, the meeting which was attended by a group of enthusiasts in the field of fiction and drama at Astan Quds Razavi Central Library, examined the commonalities between literary fiction, short film and book criticism.

At the beginning of the meeting, two short films from the selected Amar festival, "Hello", directed by Mohammad Reza Haji Gholami and "Duel" by Mohammad Reza Kheradmandan were screened, in the following, Ali Jafari, a Cinema Critics and Mojtaba Anvarian Yazdi, writer and screen writer reviewed both films.

At the meeting, Mojtaba Anvarian pointed out the potential of short films and said: "The authors can benefit from the positive features of the short film in enhancing fiction."

He also pointed out the capabilities of fiction and said: Scriptwriters can also borrow fiction in their own script.

Ali Jafari, one of the critics of cinema, also expressed the differences and similarities between fiction and dramatic literature and said: in short stories, according to the written text, the character is formed in the audience's mind, but in the short film, it is the sound and image that characterizes the audience's mind and records it in the mind of the audience.

It is worth mentioning that Shams literary sessions are held every week in Astan Quds Razavi central library with the aim of training Razavi experts and at the end, the experts will answer some of the questions of the audience.
