The head of scientific and cultural organization emphasizes on protection and broad introduction of Astan Quds manuscripts

           He appreciated the unique resources of this center and emphasized on protecting them for future generations, as well as, introducing them to the world.

         According to Razavi Treasury, Hojjat-ul-Islam val-Moslemin, Mahdavi Mer, while visiting the different sections of Astan Quds Razavi Central Library, called the manuscripts and printed books in this library a valuable legacy for the history of Islam, including Shiites and Iran. He also stated: Examples of these works are unique in history and the presence of these relics in Astan Quds Library is an invaluable asset to our country.

         Emphasizing on protecting of these monuments, he said: "As our forefathers tried to preserve these relics, we must continue to do so and try to preserve this heritage for future generations." Mahdavi Mehr emphasized on the importance of introducing these works to the world, he said: "We have a duty to introduce our culture to the world, and this is a heavy task for us and the officials of this library."

        He added: "Naturally, libraries impose restrictions on accessibility of manuscripts according to the rules. But it must be done in such a way, while protecting the works and preventing them from being stolen, they can be properly introduced within the framework of specific protocols."

       At the end, referring to successful activities of Astan Quds Libraries Organization at this field, Mahdavi Mehr stated: In the coming Tuesday, some valuable services of Astan Quds Libraries Organization in this field will be unveiled.
