Physical and Digital Borrowing
Members of the AQR Central Library have to visit the book circulation halls of men and women to borrow the printed books.
The numbers of borrowing books in sections of the book circulation of women and men are as follows according to the members’ code:

Respectful members, please take into consideration that the book borrowing services are only available by presenting the membership card, or else books will not be lent. The period of the book borrowing is one month for members, and book extension is not currently possible. Unfortunately, during Corona Virus days, book reservation services are not possible due to quarantine of return books for one week.
By using the AQR software, selecting the borrowing services, entering the membership number, and password (which is defined by the membership section), members can observe the list of the books borrowed by themselves and get informed of the borrowing duration, borrowing date, return date of borrowing books, financial credit, and credit date of own membership card.
Unfortunately, during Coronavirus days, members cannot attend the circulation sections of the books for flipping through them, observing them and choosing the books on their own, and respectful members must retrieve the intended book classification number by searching the AQR library software and giving it to the librarian concerned. If the requested books are available on the shelf, books are registered in the user's account and delivered to him by the librarian.
The working hours of the women's circulation section on ordinary days is daily 7:15- 18:45, men's circulation book is everyday 7:15- 18:45, and on Fridays 8:15- 13-15
It should be mentioned that adolescent members of the Central Library with codes of 60-6 (High- School and Pre-University) and 70- 7 (Middle-School), for studying and borrowing their own intended books, can use the study hall and the borrowing circulation of adult and adolescent men and the borrowing circulation of adult and adolescent women. Borrowing book in these halls is subject to holding the membership card, while middle and high-school patrons, who are not members, can use the other services of the hall by getting and filling out the guest introduction form.
It should be noted that with respect to the special conditions of the Coronavirus, the time to perform the services could be modified based on the National and Provincial Execution Command.
With regard to borrowing resources from Mashhad affiliated libraries and in the provinces, please pay attention to the regulation of study services and book borrowing.
