It is reminded that to use “ask a librarian”, you need to join the AQR digital library website, then complete the form of” ask a librarian” and record your own question. Your response (user) will be given through the personal page and “my question “after a certain time, and after that, you can state your opinion about the received information and its accuracy.

Specific rules, which are as follows, have been considered about non-simultaneous reference services in the system of "ask a librarian"

Responding to questions with short answers

Responding to questions about the user's guide and required information resources introduction (including book, article, journal, press, dissertation, internet resources, etc.)

Responding to the specialized questions to the extent of resources introduction

Responding to the scientific and research questions based on reference librarian recognition and not responding to questions about the competition, entertainment, etc.

Responding to the questions to the extent of available resources

Responding to just two questions in every using of these services

Responding to the urgent questions during two working days

Responding duration will be reduced in case of user ‘s request and reference librarian approval.

In some cases, when the range of the questions is not determined and needs further explanation by the user, they may communicate a number of times between the librarian and the user to determine the scope of the questions. The response to the question shall be given within two working days from the date on which the area of the question is specified.

If there needs some more time to answer (more than two working days), the user will be notified.
