Special Groups Services
In accordance with current regulations, cultural and educational centres such as seminaries, universities, schools, mosques, clubs, and welfare state centres can ask for a remarkable number of books for long-term borrowing from the AQR mobile library and lend them to their members.
Currently, the mobile and telephone libraries hold over 10,000 printed book copies in storage for patrons and their members. However, this library, in addition to the resources available in storage, is authorized to borrow the resources requested by its members from all of the organization’s affiliated libraries and even the central library.
Individuals can get their bibliographic information of their required books through software of the AQR library after joining, and can ask for them at 051-32236164; if this information is available, it will be sent to the place of applicants.
It should be mentioned that if someone is qualified to use the mobile library, after ordering the first book, the membership form will be delivered to him with the requested resources in person. Working hours of the mobile and telephone libraries are every day from 7:15 to 19 except holidays, and at present, they only offer services in holy Mashhad.

Additionally, free information services are available to the blind and partially- sighted through the Razavi talking (Gooya) library. This specialized library is located in the library of Ayatollah Sheikh Mojtaba Qazvini (RA), which offers services by gathering rare collections, including over 13,000 titles of audio-book in forms of the cassette, DVD, VCD, CD, MP3, and braille printed books about educational support, scientific, cultural, historical, literature, political, social, and other subjects and sets of software for the visual impaired.
Besides, in this library the following services have been provided for free: possible to use directly 102,000 volumes of the printed book,15,000 disks of audio- visual resources in the library of Ayatollah Sheikh Mojtaba Qazvini (RA), AQR mobile and telephone libraries resources, other libraries, and parts of the organization through the intra-library borrowing and document delivery services for the blind and partially sighted.
The most important facilities and services of this library are as follows: Free membership, using of equipment in the library, making a copy of existing information resources in the library on CD, DVD, and every other external memory, document delivery services and resources borrowing, use of the mobile library and free sending the requested resources in the declared place from the members of the library, sending members' requested resources to all over the country by post, devoting and exchanging audiobooks to help to make a collection and to complete libraries resources and centers that offer services to the blind throughout Iran, consulting in equipment and setting up the talking(Gooya) library.
It is worth noting that the list of the talking (Gooya) library resources in the form of excel and word software has been placed on this library’s database at the address of http://library.razavi.ir/gooya
Working hours of the talking (Gooya) library is every day from 7:15 to 19 except holidays.

Quds Hall
Conference hall of the Organization of Libraries, Museums, and Documents Centre of AQR named “Quds Hall" is a space with an area of 130,030 square metres equipped with 761 chairs, a conference room, an expo area, a welcoming hall, and a spontaneous studio translation. In recent years, this hall, by holding hundreds of conferences and great national and international congresses, in line with the general policies of the AQR in the introduction, contemplation, and promotion of the Razavi culture, and the celestial school could be effective and has taken a step towards the great objectives of the Islamic revolution. It should be mentioned that Quds hall is located at the arrival of the central library.
