Opportunities for research cooperation

Following judges' confirmation, the received projects are expressed in the meeting of the Research Council and have decided on how to contract with the project executor. In the end, accomplished projects will be evaluated and completed by a qualified judge. In addition, the Organization's research priorities are assigned to elite Ph.D. soldiers concerning their education papers and research records. The scientific Deputy of AQR introduces these elite soldiers. Elite soldiers should offer their projects under the provision of a consultant and guidance master who the research committee has determined. The project of the elite soldier is declared to the scientific deputy after being confirmed by the research committee; then, the mentioned project is presented to the National Defense University, and in the case of the university's review, its administrative processes will be accomplished by the elite soldier. Elite soldiers have to conduct and offer the project to the organization under the provision of guidance master and consultant in due time. Finally, the conducted project will be evaluated by judges and completed.
