Support system was launched online in the digital library by the experts of Digital Library of Astan Quds Razavi

According to Razavi Treasury, Davoud Eidi, responsible for digital library services, said: "Digital Library of Astan Quds Razavi has launched an online support and response system to facilitate communication with the audience and to respond more quickly and efficiently to users' requests, comments and suggestions".
He stated that this system can be accessed through the main page of the Digital Library of Astan Quds Razavi website at the address https://digital.aqr.ir, which can be accessed in the form of a support icon.
He pointed out the capabilities of this system and said: in the support system, the user can choose the expert he wants and receive his answer in the form of a two-way chat. And in this way, there will be no need to make a phone call.
He clarified: At the end of the conversation, the level of user satisfaction will be reported to the system administrator through the survey form provided by the measurement system.
