The Call for the Tenth International Festival of Raḍawī Book of the Year Selection is Now Open
The secretariat of the International Festival of Raḍawī Book of the Year Selection issued the call for the tenth edition of this festival. In this festival works with the subjects related to Imam Riḍā (A.S.) and his household will be assessed.

The secretariat of the International Festival of Raḍawī Book of the Year Selection issued the call for the tenth edition of this festival. In this festival works with the subjects related to Imam Riḍā (A.S.) and his household will be assessed.
As reported by the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Document Center of Āstān Quds Raḍawī, the executive director of the International Festival of Raḍawī Book of the Year Selection announced the issuance of the call for this festival while stating that the tenth edition of this festival will be held on Mordad 16, 1396/July 28, 2017, simultaneous with the “ten-day karāmat (dignity) celebration” in such fields as writing and compilations, translations, and dissertations with the subject of Imam Riḍā (A.S.) and His Family.
Mahdi Qaysati Nik announced this festival to be held in five sections of “superior book”, “superior digital book”, “superior dissertation”, “superior publisher”, and “Supporting Raḍawī Works” and mentioned “Raḍawī sciences and knowledge”, “Raḍawī history and sīra”, “pilgrimage”, “Tib al-Riḍā (A.S.)” [medicine of al-Riḍā – A.S.], “poetry”, “children and adolescents”, “translation”, and “foreign languages” as the themes for selection of the superior books.
He also stated: the selected works in the section of “Supporting Raḍawī Works” will be published by the secretariat of the festival. Mahdi Qaysati Nik mentioned the objective of holding this festival to be promulgation and dissemination of the Raḍawī resplendent culture, expansion of scholarly, artistic, and research activities in relation to the sīra and various dimensions of Imam Riḍā’s (A.S.) personality, as well as identifying, honoring, and supporting the producers of superior cultural and artistic works in fields of Raḍawī culture and helping with their widespread publication.
He announced the closing date to be Khordad 20, 1396/June 10, 2017 and emphasized that works published during years 95 and 96 (from March 20, 2016 through 2017) will be participated in this festival.
