History and geographical location:
The Civil and Development Organisation of South Khorasan constructed the library of Imam Reza (AS) in Qaen between 2007 and 2008, and it was put in operation by the current deputy in December 1386 in honour of Imam Reza (AS) birthday. The library was constructed on a land area of 2400 square meters and has an infrastructure area of 950 square meters.
Resources and the numbers of members:
More than 50,000 printed books, more than 5,000 audio-visual resources, and several periodicals can be found in this library. At this time, there are more than 13,000 active members in this library.

There are various sections in this library, which include the open- shelf study hall, printed resources lending section, reference section, children and teenagers section, audio-visual section, press section, and Internet section for men and women.
